A house is your character's return point and the quiet stage for dinners, tours, and family scenes. The official description promises a wide selection of stylish houses. It does not publish a price list.
How players claim a home
Two paths show up in 2025 and 2026 walkthroughs. Use whichever control is on your device.
- Find a plot with a For Sale sign, walk up to it, and use the interact prompt. On desktop that prompt has been shown as E.
- Open the house menu. Console walkthroughs say a mouse and keyboard makes the menu easier on PlayStation, and that the menu can list houses and apartments, then claim a plot and load a house. A house chosen on another device has been reported to carry over when you return.
If a plot is already occupied, pick another sign or another listing. Do not treat a guide's old price as current. The Roblox listing showed an update stamp of October 4, 2026, and housing options can move between updates.
Free houses and baby mode
A player video posted October 3, 2026, titled around Update 63, showed two new houses that did not require a premium-house pass, and comments described a baby mode used to place a crib. That is a community report, not an official patch note. Confirm the current free and premium split in the live house menu.
Picture frames
Picture IDs are not wearable codes. Own the house, go inside, click a frame, type the number, and confirm. The picture IDs on the codes page are labeled separately from avatar Import ID numbers.
Choosing a house for the scene
Match the home to the role. A student story wants an easy path to Berry High or Berry Elementary. A grocery or cafe shift wants a shorter trip to those shops. A group that always plays together should pick nearby plots so visits do not spend the whole session walking.
Decorate one room for the scene you actually host, such as a kitchen for breakfast or a porch for drop-off. Jobs, bank scenes, and hospital scenes still need other players. The house is the base between them, not a replacement.
Servers hold 31 players, and voice is not supported, so a house is also the quieter text stage when the street is crowded.
